ARTISANS: If you'd like to receive application forms in the future, be sure to include a postal address and be sure to tell us that you're an artisan and would like to receive an application for the show.

 

INDIVIDUALS: If you'd like to be added to the mailing list to receive a postcard, please put "100 American Postcard" in the subject line and include your postal mailing address. (Reminder: Postcards can be used for $1.00 off the show admission.)
